3. What sustainable practices do you follow in manufacturing?
Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We prioritize using ethically sourced, plant-based ingredients, and we offer packaging options that are recyclable, compostable, and free from single-use plastics. We use renewable energy (wind and solar) to power our manufacturing facility. Additionally, we are a certified B Corp, committed to high social and environmental standards.

5. What certifications do your manufacturing facilities hold?
We ensure that all products are made to the highest standards of quality and safety, including shelf life and microbial testing. As a B Corp, we also adhere to rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
6. How does the packaging process work?
We offer a full range of packaging solutions, including design, sourcing, and production. We work closely with our clients to select packaging that aligns with their brand values and sustainability goals. Our options include recyclable, compostable, and plastic-free materials.
7. Can I use my own packaging and/or ingredients?
Yes! clients can supply ingredients and packaging.. When items are needed, you will receive a Purchase Order (PO) from our inventory department. Your sales representative will guide you through this process.
8. Do you offer payment terms?
After completing three production-scale orders with Blue Planet, we typically extend payment terms of 50% down, with the balance due in 30 days, to our custom manufacturing clients, based on credit approval. Please reach out to your sales representative for more details.
9. What is your lead time for production?
Lead times can vary depending on the complexity of the project and order size. Typically, once all materials are approved and in stock, production lead time ranges from 6 to 12 weeks. We work diligently to meet your deadlines and will provide a timeline specific to your project.
10. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary based on location. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
12. Can you handle international shipping?
Yes, we have experience in shipping products globally. We can assist with all aspects of logistics, ensuring your products reach their destination safely and on time.
13. If I’m local, can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order locally at our location in Bonner, Montana. When you place your order make sure to let your account manager know you will pick it up. We will contact you when it is ready for pick up.
14. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the product type and packaging. We strive to accommodate businesses of all sizes, so please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
